Sucking My Blood Out
I realize this is a burry picture... but I'm right handed and at the time of this photo, my right arm was already in use.
You might be good enough to get a crystal clear photo with one hand while having blood sucked from your arm... But I'm not!

This was taken when I was giving blood for the first time to the red cross... and passed out.
You need to eat before giving blood. (Now they tell me!)
