W.Va. House dress code neglects pants

W.Va. House dress code neglects pants But at the same time we have another story S.C. House dress code neglects pants with the exact same story. As far as I know both states have towns called Charlston... so which one is right?

Either way, I really don't want to see a bunch of pot bellied men going to work in a shirt, tie and tidy whities. Of course, I don't really think we need to worry about it. I don't think these same said men want to be seen dressed that way either.
