When asked what he's feeling emotionally when he's about to fight a fire he says: On this particular fire I was dreading it. It was 87 degrees and about 100% humidity and I have to wear this turnout gear that doesn't let you breath and enter a building filled with more heat and work with a bunch of guys I don't normally work with. So yeah, I feel dread.
