Oh how I hate asking for help!

As I peruse through other peoples blogs I see some of them have pictures next to their personal info... So how the hell do I do that? I been trying everything and it's driving me a bit batty that I can't figure it out myself. Don't you hate that? Now I'm not the type that won't ask for directions when going somewhere, but when it comes to something I personally think would be easy and I can't figure it out, having to ask for help drives me nuts!
